Daaaamn

Finally, something that actually deserves the blood frontpage! great work!

Short-Factor responds:

blood

ok Wow

Y'know I have to say, good job. A lot of the stuff that gets front page is a tad sub par, but this definitely was not! After reading your author's comments, I sort of had low expectations, but my expectations were by far surpassed.

There was actually some good humor, at least enough to make me laugh out loud. The pilot you had to work with was pretty simple, and I think you did a pretty good job with it. And of course, the animation; it was excellent! It was very fluid, and not flat, like some cartoons. It was a very nice vehicle for everything else, if you know what I mean. And in a funny cartoon, that's all that the animation should be. So good job, and I hope to see more from you in the future!

Ok, I have to say this

The first one was good, maybe even great. The second one was still alright, but it was stretching it a little bit; and that's ok. Sequels usually stretch things a bit. But in my opinion, the series should have ended at 2.

First of all, similar to what penguinossydy said, there was barely any tetris about this one. And yeah, I guess there wouldn't need to be, had this one been entertaining on its own. And to be fair, it wasn't terrible, it just wasn't great. I'm getting a bit tired of sticks and giant robots. The beginning seemed promising, but I'm sorry to say that It got kind of boring. There seemed to be a bunch of new cool ideas, and I enjoyed it up until the point where he starts fighting the giant robot. It was honestly a kind of lame fight that lasted a few seconds, and had a very predictable ending. As soon as the robot started firing missiles, I was like "Gee willickers, I wonder whats going to happen <sarcasm>".

Although, the music was pretty awesome! And while it seemed like everything else was mainly motion tweening (maybe I'm wrong about that), the stick figure was animated very well. The whole thing followed the music pretty well too, so you get credit for that. Ive seen far worse cartoons, and I wouldn't be so harsh if this wasnt the third in the series. I just think its gone too far. Go on and make a 4th one if you must, but please stop after that. You seem like a pretty skilled animator, it'd be nice to see some more original things from you!

KobraEditing responds:

Thanks again for the review. As I'm sure you know by now, I've responded to your PM review.

You know what

Now I realize the art isnt the best quality, and the voice acting could be a smidge better, but boy are people reviewing this thing harshly! Its hard to animate in flash! It's WAY harder than you would think. I found this movie to be pretty funny, and very entertaining! Tugoro was probably relatively new to animating when he made this, and so Im not gonna complain about the animation. As an animator, it actually looks like this guy put some serious work into this. There were also some pretty good cinematic effects, (not that I'm an expert in cinema or anything) such as when you saw the yellow guy's reflection in the blood.

So to sum things up, I enjoyed this flash and hope to see more from Tugoro. And to the naysayers, everyone is entitled to an opinion, but cut this guy some slack. This is a lot better than some of the crap Ive seen on this site! (Not that there isnt a sh*tload of awesome stuff on this site as well)

Tugoro responds:

Yeah, this was like the first movie I ever put effort into.

Ive watched this so many times!

There isn't a single complaint I have. The animation was superb, and the music fit very well with it! The whole thing felt very lighthearted, if you know what I mean. And like many other people have said, I always laugh at the part with the polar bear. Like ZombiePimp said you have inspired me to animate more! I also like the fact that there's no replay button, and it just automatically restarts, because it encourages me to watch it again! Watching this makes me feel happy. Very, VERY good job! Thank you for sharing this!

Great Job

Seriously, good job! The animation and the visuals were great. Despite what other reviewers are saying, I did not find this to be random! From what I noticed it was a pretty simple plot: Dead stuff falls on the ground and it turns it into plant stuff, or something along those lines. It seems like you were just trying to animate something bloody and scary, and if that's the case, then you majorly succeeded! And this is in no way like madness other than the colors!

MarcK responds:

Thank you!
Thank you to every word in that fucking review.

Alright

The animation was top notch, and for that you get an 9. And I'm sure you knew that that's not how evolution really worked when you made this so Im not taking off any points for that. The music was really smooth and fit well with film. Did you make the music? If so, then great job! The only thing I didn't like was the end. It didn't fit with the rest of the animation at all, and was very unnecessary. And to singularity2, if it's not worth a review, then why did you write one?

Epic

This has got to be one of the best movies I've seen on newgrounds in a LONG time! GREAT animation, awesome story, and the music fits really well with the whole thing. I can't wait for the sequel, although this animation would be fine without one. I use flash myself, and you have made me jealous!

Great!

I really like goofy! "Next years gonna be a good one! He-yuck no it isn't!"

I laughed out loud

Not something I do very often! I didn't like the "please stand by screens" very much, but "Doomsday Starts Immediatly" was hilarious!

Buckshot.
